Parish Management System

Organising Community Data and Supporting Pastoral Coordination
The Parish Management System (PMS) is a practical means to collect and maintain the details of families and individuals under the Apostolic Visitation. It supports better pastoral coordination, communication, and responsible record-keeping across Mass Centres. Well-organised systems like PMS strengthen the administration and ministries of the Church, helping communities serve families more effectively.
Liturgical Committee in Mass Centres
The Altar Servers, Sacristans, and the Choir form the Liturgical Committee in each Mass Centre and work together for meaningful and graceful celebrations of the liturgy.
- Altar Servers – support the sacred celebrations with discipline and reverence
- Sacristans – assist in preparation of the sanctuary and liturgical items
- Choir – enrich worship through sacred music and liturgical hymns
Supporting Administration and Ministries
The administration and ministries of the Apostolic Visitation are strengthened through reliable coordination, committed teams, and practical systems like PMS—helping communities carry out pastoral initiatives effectively.
